If you had a resolution/goal/habit in the beginning of January and you have slipped up or fallen short of where you want to be….
First of all, join the human race.
Secondly, there are good reasons why, I swear. And it’s not you or your inability to stay on the path.
In fact, despite the popular belief that habits take 21 or 30 days to cement, that data was flawed and the truth is that it takes anywhere from 18 to 270+ days, depending on how hard the habit is.
So the average time is 66 days and for anyone counting that out, that was March 6!
