I grew up in a religious tradition that advised people to avoid dancing. (You know... could lead to sex, that kind of thing.) What a loss! As I've grown, I decided to make dancing a part of my life. I'm not particularly good at it, but I am good at enjoying it!
I agree! Music literally moves us to different places in our mind, I think it's the universal language for humans. And I would say we are all "good" at it. It's instinct, babies do it without regard. It's just adult consciousness that gets in the way. Enjoy, enjoy, enjoy! ❤️
