Here’s a video recording of our Ask-Me-Anything Saturday! Today we talked about the importance of muscle medicine, strength training, and practical tips for maintaining muscle health. The conversation also covered whether a gluten-free diet is particularly for those with inflammatory conditions, and the protein powders I recommend (when I do use them) both for quality and taste.
