Science is science, not soft or hard.

Especially when it comes to self-compassion.

This week, we are diving into self-compassion. Specifically:

  1. The science behind it and why there’s no such things as “soft science”

  2. How to practice self-compassion when you’ve made a mistake or want to stay accountable, and why it’s critical you use this tool especially when you screw up!

  3. And the actual practice, what it would look like in daily life

If you want to watch it with captions or just read the transcript, you can click on the title of the article it will take you straight to the article where you can access all of that right on the video or you can go to my Substack page by clicking here!

As always, meet me and the community in the comments and let’s really dive into why self-compassion is so critical for your mental health and how to navigate obstacles or challenges with practicing it. I want to hear all your triumphs and setbacks with this tool. And I want to really help you learn how to use it!
